1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Nexora AppLabs ("we", "our", "us") handles information when you use Arrow Go ("the App").
We designed the App to collect minimal data and store game progress locally on your device.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores the following data locally on your phone:
- Game progress — current level, lives, wins, hints used, and undo usage
- Settings — dark mode preferences
This data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
3. Permissions
The App may request the following Android permissions:
- Internet — required to load advertisements and open external links (such as the Play Store or email feedback)
- Notifications — optional local reminders to return to the game
You can deny permissions, but some features may not work fully.
4. Advertisements (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob to display app-open, interstitial, and rewarded ads.
Google may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, IP address, and similar technical information to serve, personalize, and measure advertisements.
For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can manage ad personalization in your device settings or through Google Ads Settings .
5. Local Notifications
The App may schedule local notifications on your device for game reminders (for example, morning and evening prompts).
These notifications are generated on-device and do not require uploading personal information to our servers.
You can disable notifications from your Android system settings at any time.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
7. Data Security
Local app data is protected by your device's operating system. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we minimize data collection within the App's design.
8. Your Choices
- Turn off notifications in your device settings
- Clear app data to remove saved progress and preferences
- Uninstall the App to stop all local processing by the application
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when revisions are made. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
